Brinkley Official Meet-Up #004 — Flagstaff, AZ
Five days in the pines at 7,000 feet. Village Camp Resort. The San Francisco Peaks. Costume night. Cowboy Church. And a group of Brinkley owners who showed up ready to actually enjoy it.
Only four of these have ever happened. That's not a marketing line — it's just the truth.
Brinkley RV launched their Official Meet-Up series as something intentionally different from the traditional manufacturer rally: smaller, destination-focused, and built around actual connection between owners rather than a sales floor with folding chairs. Meet-Up #004 landed in Flagstaff, Arizona at Village Camp Resort, August 5–9, 2026 — and it delivered on every bit of that promise.
The Setting
Village Camp Resort sits in the pines just outside Flagstaff at around 7,000 feet. The San Francisco Peaks rise behind it. The air is cool even in August. It's the kind of place that makes you forget you're in Arizona — until you drive 45 minutes south and remember.
Brinkley rigs filled the resort. Flags flew. The Brinkley Oasis and Amphitheater became the gathering point for five days of events, meals, and the kind of late-night campfire conversations that don't happen at a hotel conference.
Day by Day
Thursday kicked things off in Sedona with ATV tours, SxS rentals, and Arizona Safari Jeep tours — the kind of morning that earns its afternoon. That evening brought the "Dress for the Wrong Party" camper crawl and the Anything-But-a-Cup contest back at the Brinkley Oasis. Joe and Tina took home Best Costume. No further comment needed.
Friday was a shuttle day into downtown Flagstaff — the Brewery Trail, some wandering, and then an evening at the Williams Night Rodeo with vendors, food trucks, and two hours of the real thing under the lights.
Saturday was the big one. Snow Bowl gondola rides up the San Francisco Peaks in the morning — views that stop you mid-sentence. Then back to camp for the Owners Q&A, the raffle, the group photo, and a surprise branding activity that evening. The Send-Off Party closed it out at the Oasis and Amphitheater — the kind of night that makes you realize you've made actual friends, not just campground neighbors.
Sunday wrapped with Cowboy Church at the amphitheater and a farewell breakfast before everyone pointed their rigs toward the next adventure.
What Makes These Events Different
There's a version of a manufacturer rally that feels like a timeshare presentation with better food. This isn't that.
Brinkley keeps the numbers intentional, the location worth the drive, and the programming built around the people who show up — not around moving product. The Q&A is real. The access to the Brinkley team is real. And the community that's forming around these rigs is genuinely worth being part of.
We've been to events. We've done the rallies. Meet-Up #004 was different in the way that matters: we left with people we'll actually see again. That's what loving life having fun looks like on the road.
