Only four of these have ever happened. That's not a marketing line — it's just the truth. Brinkley RV launched their Official Meet-Up series as something intentionally different from the traditional manufacturer rally: smaller, destination-focused, and built around actual connection between owners rather than a sales floor with folding chairs.
Meet-Up #004 landed in Flagstaff, Arizona at Village Camp Resort, August 5–9, 2026 — and it delivered on every bit of that promise.
Five days. A packed itinerary. And a group of Brinkley owners who showed up ready to actually enjoy it.
Thursday kicked things off in Sedona with ATV tours, SxS rentals, and Arizona Safari Jeep tours — the kind of morning that earns its afternoon. That evening brought the "Dress for the Wrong Party" camper crawl and the Anything-But-a-Cup contest back at the Brinkley Oasis. Joe and Tina took home Best Costume. No further comment needed.
Friday was a shuttle day into downtown Flagstaff — the Brewery Trail, some wandering, and then an evening at the Williams Night Rodeo with vendors, food trucks, and two hours of the real thing under the lights.
Saturday was the big one: Snow Bowl gondola rides up the San Francisco Peaks in the morning, followed by the Owners Q&A, the raffle, the group photo, and a surprise branding activity that evening. The Send-Off Party closed it out at the Oasis and Amphitheater — the kind of night that makes you realize you've made actual friends, not just campground neighbors.
Sunday wrapped with Cowboy Church at the amphitheater and a farewell breakfast before everyone pointed their rigs toward the next adventure.
This is what Brinkley is building — not just a great RV, but a community worth being part of. We're glad we were there for #004.
